Relief Works and Voters' Qualifications.

I beg to ask the President of the Local Government Board whether he proposes to issue any instruction from his office to the overseers and town clerks throughout the constituencies, directing them not to omit any names from the voting lists of persons whose sole disqualification is their having been employed upon any relief works.
