said he presented the Bill from passing last year, and he wished to renew his objection on; he present occasion The measure was piece of class legislation, directed against; he poorer classes of the community. It night be all very well in industrial centres, but it was absolutely unnecessary and almost an insult that it should be proposed for Ireland. Those who knew how Courts of summary jurisdiction were constituted in Ireland would immediately recognise the danger of such a Bill, and; he probability that instead of being used or legitimate purposes it would be directed against political opponents.

And, it being half-past Five of the clock, the debate stood adjourned.
