TULLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state in how many cases on the King-Harman Estate has Clause 2 of the regulations, made by the Lord-Lieutenant under Section 23 (8) of the Irish Land Act, 1903, been applied; and, if so, what are the na-nes of the cases; and what has been the subject-matter of the complaints.
