§ MR. H. D. GREENE (Shrewsbury)To ask the hon. Member for the Tun-bridge Division, as representing the Charity Commissioners, whether their scheme for the Shrewsbury municipal charities is out of the hands of the King's printers; and when it may be expected to come into operation.

Printed copies ot the draft of the scheme, framed by the Charity Commissioners, for the Shrewsbury municipal charities have been sent for the consideration of the trustees, and will shortly be published. An Order establishing the scheme cannot be made before the expiration of one month from the date of publication.
