SAMUEL YOUNG (Cavan, E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that Patrick Cooney, Drumbinis, county Cavan, a reinstated tenant on the Leslie Estate, has made application to the Commissioners twelve months ago for a grant to make his house habitable; and will he say whether the Commissioners have received the application and will entertain it favourably.
