HC Deb 20 July 1905 vol 149 c1376
MR. HOULT (Cheshire, Wirrall)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now see his way to give effect to the proposal contained in His Majesty's Gracious Speech from the Throne, with reference to the appointment of a Minister of Commerce.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) As stated at Question time to-day, it is proposed to bring in a Bill, which, however, can only pass as a non-contentious measure.
