DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the estate of Captain Sandes, Garrymore, Mountmel'ick, Queen's County, is before the Estates Commissioners for sale; can he say how many evicted tenants on the property have sent in claims for reinstatement; and what steps are being taken to restore them to their holdings or otherwise provide for them.
§ MR. WALTER LONGThe Answer to the first inquiry is in the negative. Three evicted tenants have sent in claims for reinstatement which will be considered if the estate should come before the Commissioners.
