The Customs figures represent the duties on chicory and coffee, cocoa and choco- if he will state the total amount of revenue derived in the United Kingdom from the taxation, both by Excise and Customs duties, on all kinds of food and drink, excluding spirits, beer, tea, and wine, dining the last twenty years; and also state what this amount would represent per head of the population.

The Excise figures represent the duties on gluccse, saccharin, and chicory of British manufacture.
