HC Deb 18 July 1905 vol 149 c1072
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have received from Mrs. Cullen, a tenant evicted years ago from her farm at Blackditches, on the county Wicklow estate of the Marquess of Waterford, an application for reinstatement, or for another farm; and, if I so, what action, if any, have the Commissioners taken in this case.

MR. WALTER LONG

The Commissioners have received Mrs. Cullen's application and have informed her that, they cannot interfere with the present I occupant of her former holding, but that in the event of the estate coming before them her application will be considered.
