HERBERT SAMUELI beg to ask the Secretary to the Board of Trade if he will state what was the total number of aliens debarred from landing in the United State, on the ground that they were criminals, in the last five years for which the figures are available; and what was the total number of aliens in the prisons and penitentiaries of the United States at the end of those years.
