SIR CHARLES DILKE (Gloucester-shire,) Forest of Dean

To ask the Secretary to the Board of Trade whether the new monthly Return of Passengers to Places out of Europe, which has been presented but not circulated, and of which the † See (4) Debates, cxlviii., 115. title has been altered in another place, is the promised Return which it was understood would be circulated monthly along with the Alien Immigration Return.
