§ ME. REMNANT (Finsbury, Holborn)asked leave to withdraw the Resolution he had on the Paper to commit this Bill to a Select Committee of nine, the present order of committal to be discharged. He said he took this course in view of the fact that the Committee had already commenced its inquiry.
