MURPHYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in consequence of the direct action of the Estates Commissioners, any evicted tenant has been reinstated in his old home of given a farm elsewhere out of the 411 cases of evicted tenants in the county of Kerry in which applications have been sent to the Estates Commissioners; and, if so, can he give the names in such cases.
