MURPHY (Kerry, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any of the instructions or regulations contained in the confidential correspondence addressed to the Estates Commissioners in connection with the administration of the Land 401 Act, 1903, are still in force, or have they all lapsed since the issue of the new regulations.
§ MR. WALTER LONGAny instructions which may have been contained in the confidential correspondence referred to are not now in force, but have been superseded by the regulations of the 4th instant.
