MR. JOHN REDMOND (Waterford)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the several counties and districts in Ireland which are at the present time proclaimed under Sections 3 or 4, or both, of the Criminal Law and Procedure (Ireland) Act, 1887, together with the date of such proclamation and the names of the Privy Councillors who signed the same.
