HC Deb 10 July 1905 vol 149 cc100-1
MR. GIBSON BOWLES (Lynn Regis)

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now s0ay what arrangement he proposes to make in order to carry out the undertaking given on 17th April to give either one of the days allotted to Supply, if the House agrees, or otherwise a Friday or an evening sitting, for the consideration by the House of the Public Accounts Committee's Report, and its decision thereon.

MR. A. J. BALFOUR

I hope to give the evening of Wednesday, July 26th, for the discussion which my hon. friend presses for, but that must be subject to unforeseen contingencies.

MR. GIBSON BOWLES

One unforeseen circumstance is that we are getting merely an evening instead of a whole day.
