MR. MARKS (Kent, Thanet)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any answer has been given to the resolutions passed by the National Congress held at Brandfort on December 12th, 1904, and handed to the Lieutenant-Governor for transmission to His Majesty the King.
(Answered by Secretary Lyttelton.) A formal answer will be given very shortly. Many of the points raised have been the subject of discussion at the Inter-Colonial Council.
