§ MR. BRODRICKA similar Question was asked by the Member for East Perthshire on the same day and in answering him I included my reply to the hon. Member for South Donegal. Hence no occasion arose for circulating the Answer with the Votes.
§ MR. SWIFT MACNEILLWhy did not the right hon. Gentleman, as a matter of courtesy, send an intimation to me to that effect when I wrote to him?
