HC Deb 05 July 1905 vol 148 c1130
MR. BAYLEY (Derbyshire, Chesterfield)

I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether, in view of his statement that Sir Edward Bradford's Committee of inquiry into the grievances of postal employees exceeded their terms of reference, he will send their Report back to the Committee, pointing out where they exceeded those terms, and asking them for an explanation or an amended Report.

THE POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Lord STANLEY, Lancashire, Westhoughton)

I do not consider it desirable to adopt the course suggested by the hon. Member.
