HC Deb 05 July 1905 vol 148 c1118
MR. MARSHALL HALL (Lancashire, Southport)

To ask the hon. Member for Chorley, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, if he will reconsider the regulation as to motors in the park between four and seven p.m., and exempt from it electric motors which bear on them in letters, the same size as the regulation number letters, the word electric.

(Answered by Lord Balcarres.) The First Commissioner regrets that he is unable to make any exception from the regulation.
