HC Deb 03 July 1905 vol 148 cc761-2
MR. HOZIER (Lanarkshire, S.)

I beg to ask the Civil Lord of the Admiralty whether, in the event of farther experiments in boom defence being made at Portland or elsewhere, precautions; will in future be taken to prevent newspaper correspondents and photographers from obtaining and publishing particulars.

Any necessary precautions will be taken, but in some cases local conditions make prevention difficult.
