§ MR. O'DOWD (Sligo, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he proposes to appoint a Committee of experts to inquire into and report upon the question of arterial drainage in Ireland; and, if so, can he state when such Committee will be constituted.
