CATHCART WASON (Orkney and Shetland)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he can state approximately the number of natives in Uganda whose country has come under the domination of His Majesty the King of the Belgians, and also the extent of the country; and whether any steps have been taken, or are under consideration, for the protection of these people and of the English and Catholic missions.
