PATRICK O'BRIEN (Kilkenny)I beg to ask the Postmaster-General 1336 whether he is aware that frequent complaints have been made of delays, at times of five days, in delivering the Kilkenny Moderator newspaper at Piltown and district, which is distant only twenty-one miles from Kilkenny, where the paper is published and posted can he explain why these delays occur; and will he see that the Moderator is delivered in the ordinary course of post in future.
