§ MR. CHARLES McARTHUR (Liverpool, Exchange)To ask the President of the Board of Trade when the accounts for the General Lighthouse Fund for the year ending March 31st, 1904, will be laid upon the Table of the House: and whether any steps can be taken to expedite the publication of these accounts.
