To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say if, in the negotiations stated to have taken place between Dublin Castle and Lord Dunraven in regard to Irish University education, the Chief Commissioner of the Dublin Metropolitan Police took any part, and, if so, to what extent.
