SLOAN (Belfast, S.)To ask the Postmaster-General if he can state why, and under what circumstance, a male learner at Belfast, who recently submitted a simple application regarding his transfer from one department to another, 1211 was severely taken to task as to the authorship of the application, and made to state from whom he had sought and obtained assistance in the drafting of the application.
