To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if any Annual Report or Reports of the Hague Tribunal, under Article 28 of the International Convention, has or have been issued.

(Answered by Earl Percy.) The Reports have been issued annually since 1901, and are communicated to the contracting parties.
