I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Government have received any information as to the finding of the International Commission which was appointed to investigate the responsibility for the deaths of the fishermen in the North Sea last autumn; and, in that case, will he inform the House of its nature and terms.
