HC Deb 23 February 1905 vol 141 c1109
MR. J. P. FARRELL

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have made any overtures to Mrs. Ledwith, the owner of the Dernageas grazing farm, for the purchase of this farm and its division amongst the tenants entitled to graze thereon; and, if not, will he now undertake to direct their attention to it.

MR. WYNDHAM

The reply to the first inquiry is in the negative. I see no necessity for taking the course suggested. If the owner of the lands institutes proceedings for sale, the Commissioners will have due inquiries made.
