§ in Ireland, against the Public Bodies Order, 1904, as made by the Local Government Board for Ireland on 17th December, 1904, on the grounds that the Order proposes to unnecessarily increase the work of the urban councils and their officers, and that the said Board have in their Order exceeded their powers by prescribing duties for members and officials, prescribing the manner in which the general minutes are to be kept, requiring copies of such minutes to be sent to the Board, and in various other respects; and what steps it is proposed to take in the matter.
