I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will lay upon the Table any correspondence which has passed during recent months between His Majesty"s Government and the British Consul at Boma with regard to the treatment of British missionaries residing within the concession of the Abir Company in the Congo Free State.
