HC Deb 16 February 1905 vol 141 c307
MR. HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India when the Report of the Indian Police Commission will be laid before Parliament.

MR. BRODRICK

I am now communicating to the Government of India the decision of the Secretary of State in Council on the most important measures recommended in the Report. I anticipate that the Government of India will, on receipt of the despatch, publish a comprehensive Resolution reviewing the whole subject and stating the conclusions arrived at. When I receive this I will communicate Papers to Parliament.
