Copy presented, of Order, dated 9th August, 1904, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department in pursuance of Section 54 (4) of The Factory and Workshop Act, 1901, extending the special exception in that section to male young persons of the age of sixteen years and upwards, employed on the system of three shifts of not more than eight hours each in the processes of pressing and reeling cordite and nitrating and moulding guncotton carried on in non-textile factories [by Act]; to lie upon the Table.
