JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)To ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that some postmasters systematically and individually catechise the postmen on their staffs, with a view to discovering the writers of unsigned notes in the Postmen's Gazette; and whether he will give instructions for the cessation of this practice.
