To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer if he can give the total amount of public revenue yielded by the duty on cocoa butter since its imposition; and what was the yield of the duty in the twelve months ending July 31st, 1905.

(Answered by Mr. Austen Chamberlain.) The total amount of public revenue yielded by the duty on cocoa butter since its imposition, viz., from August 7th, 1896, to July 31st, 1905, was £23,065. The yield of the duty in the twelve months ended July 31st, 1905, was £1,783.
