SLOAN (Belfast, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that on the 11th and 12th ult. the Orange Hall and certain houses occupied by Protestants in Emyvale, county Monaghan, were covered with crosses of tar; and what steps, if any, have been taken to discover the aggressors.
