NANNETTITo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, since it has been represented that the Irish Agricultural Department is competent to deal with matters affecting its internal discipline, he will state what steps he proposes taking to prevent the chief clerk from repeating his attempt to induce one of the Catholic clerks engaged in the veterinary branch to withdraw his signature to the joint representations addressed to the Secretary in May, 1904, by certain clerks serving in that branch.
