BILL (Staffordshire, Leek)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether any decision has been come to as to handing over the commercial mole now being completed at Gibraltar to the control of the Admiralty for naval purposes; and, if this change has been decided upon, how it is proposed to satisfy the long-delayed claims of the commercial community for improved coaling and other harbour facilities.
