TALBOT (Oxford University)To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can inform the House what action has been taken by the various local authorities under the Licensing Act, 1904; what number of licences have been reported to the confirmation authorities; and what number of licences have been refused and what number renewed by these authorities.
