HC Deb 02 August 1905 vol 150 c1345
MR. CLANCY

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has received any information leading him to the conclusion that a desire is felt by the Irish public for further time to consider the details of the Afflicted Children (Ireland) Bill, and, if so, whether he intends to proceed further with the Bill this session.

MR. WALTER LONG

I have received information to this effect. I am afraid it will not be practicable to proceed further with the Bill, though I should much regret it.
