HC Deb 19 April 1905 vol 145 cc588-9
MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N.E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can state when the Estates Commissioners will inquire into the circumstances of the tenants on the Kingston property who have been restored to their former holdings by the vendor, and have made applications to the Commissioners for money grants to assist them in the building and stocking of the farms, and thus help the reinstated tenants to a fair start.

(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) It is not at present possible to state when this estate will be inspected, as the originating application has only recently been lodged. The Commissioners will have inquiry made as soon as possible as to the making of grants to the tenants who have been reinstated by the owner.
