BENNI beg to ask the Secretary to the Board of Education if he will state the amount of the additional expense incurred to date in the administration of the London Education Act, 1903, both as regards total amount and cost per child; and whether he can at present give any estimate of the total additional cost which that measure involves to the Metropolis.
