§ MR. SCOTT-MONTAGUI beg to ask the hon. Member for Chorley, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, if he can now announce the date upon which the High Court will consider the legality of the Park rules under which the speed of motor-cars has been restricted to ten miles an hour.
