HC Deb 18 April 1905 vol 145 c440
MR. REGINALD LUCAS (Portsmouth)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he can say whether the proposes to proceed with the Government Militia Bill early after Easter or later in the session.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) I fear it will hardly be possible to make progress with the Bill in the near future; but due notice will be given before the Second Reading is taken.
