§ MR. SCOTT-MONTAGU (Hampshire, New Forest)I beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer when the Minutes of the evidence taken before the Industrial Alcohol Committee will be circulated 447 among Members in view of the early introduction of the Budget and Finance Bill.
§ MR. AUSTEN CHAMBERLAINThe Minutes of Evidence were laid on the Table on Thursday last (13th instant) and I am informed that they will be circulated to-morrow morning. I do not propose to deal with this subject in the Finance Bill, but I shall make it part of a separate Bill which I shall have to introduce to deal with this and kindred subjects.
