Mr. Attorney-General, Mr. Attorney-General for Ireland, Mr. Serjeant Hemphill, Sir John Kennaway, Sir Joseph Leese, The Lord Advocate, Sir Robert Reid. Mr. Solicitor-General, and Mr. Thomas Shaw, were nominated members of the Select Committee on Divorce Bills.

Ordered, That a Message be sent to the Lords to request that their Lordships will be pleased to communicate to the House copies of the Minutes of Evidence and Proceedings, together with documents deposited in the case of McConnell's Divorce Bill [Lords].

Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Select Committee on Divorce Bills that they do hear Counsel and examine Witnesses for McConnell's Divorce Bill [Lords], and also that they do hear Counsel and examine Witnesses against the Bill, if the parties concerned think fit to be heard by Counsel and produce Witnesses.—(Sir A.
