Member for North Leitrim, beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland on what date did the National Education Board for Ireland finally approve of, and adopt, Rule 127 (b); who were the Commissioners present at the meeting at which the rule was adopted; were there any vacancies on the Board at the time the rule was adopted; and, if so, can he say whether these vacancies have since been filled up; and can he give the names of the newly-appointed Commissioners.
