§ MR. P. A. McHUGH (Leitrim, N.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland on what date did the National Education Board for Ireland finally approve of, and adopt, Rule 127 (b); who were the Commissioners present at the meeting at which the rule was adopted; were there any vacancies on the Board at the time the rule was adopted; and, if so, can he say whether these vacancies have since been filled up; and can he give the names of the newly-appointed Commissioners.
(Answered by Mr. Walter Long.) The regulation now embodied in Rule 127 (b) was passed unanimously at a meeting of the Board on the 25th October, 1904, at which the following Commissioners were present—
