MR. NOLANI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the guardians in Ardee No. 1 Rural District, county Louth, submitted a scheme to the Local Government Board for the erection of a number of labourers' cottages about six months ago; and whether, seeing that the scheme is still in abeyance, he can account for the delay.
